Trinity House Group are looking to recruit a strong Management Accountant who has a highly inquisitive mindset and a solution's focussed approach to their work.

The role reports into a highly talented Financial Controller who will encourage and develop you.

You will work alongside a very credible finance function and will be responsible for the delivery of quality financial reporting and performance analysis.

There will also be some interesting projects to get involved in, including supporting with a systemsimplementation.


This is a highly profitable business who are based in Wolverhampton and have the backing of a larger FTSE 250 Manufacturing Group who will offer progression for those that want it.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the team with the development surrounding financial reporting and control.
  • Ownership of divisional month end reporting cycle including preparation of timely, accurate financial statements, with complementary performance analysis which provides valuable insight.
  • Communication of divisional financial results to the Senior Management Team.
  • Budgeting and forecasting including P&L, cashflow and working capital requirements.
  • Ensuring the validity of balance sheet postings, including maintenance of workings in support of accounting judgements under UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Participation in ongoing transformation projects including changes to corporate structure and ERP system implementation.
  • Assisting with year end statutory accounts and external audit cycle.
  • Other various adhoc projects in support of the Financial Controller and Finance Director.

About You:


  • You will ideally be fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Be highly inquisitive with a "can do" attitude
  • Have a positive and enthusiastic nature with the ability to generate ideas

Package:

- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
