A new opportunity has just become available and we're looking for a Incident Coordinator to join our team.

This role requires applicants to work 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm and 10am - 6pm, on a rotating basis.

This will involve hybrid working meaning working from home combined with time in our Guildford office one or two days per week.

Role Details

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone with a passion for operational improvement to join our Protection & Resilience Team.

The Protection & Resilience Team strives to improve efficiency, standardisation and consistency across all Operational areas through information gathering, data management, and communication.

The team also ensures business and operational risk is minimised through system performance management and Business Continuity management and testing.

The

Incident Coordinator role supports the Allianz UK business to ensure that we have a leading approach to Global Incident Management. The Incident Coordinator will be required to facilitate incident calls and coordinate our response to Business Incidents. As a result, ensuring the implementation of permanent fixes, undergoing root cause analysis and providing robust, long term and cost effective preventative actions.

You'll have specific responsibility for Incident Coordination as well as supporting our other risk and improvement related activities.


Day to day duties will include:

  • Incident Coordination
  • working with various teams to ensure that all incidents are recorded and resolved
  • Scheduling meetings ensuring agendas, packs and accurate minutes are taken and distributed
  • Operational Reporting ensuring stakeholders have an accurate picture of Operational performance on a regular basis
  • Project Liaison liaising with all relevant parties in order to ensure Operations is adequately represented wherever required
  • Process Improvement utilising skills and analysis to implement process improvement within the Incident team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of working in an Incident Coordination role would be an advantage however not essentail
  • Strong administration skills, gained within a business environemnt
  • Ability to work to deadlines and juggle a variety of tasks
  • Ability to proactively identify, analyse and prioritise areas for improvement
  • Experience of planning and facilitating workshops small and mediumcomplexity
  • Numeracy skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
Education

  • Educated to Alevel standard and / or relevant experience in previous business roles
