Telemarketer

Flexible hours| Monday-Friday | 20 hours per week

Towcester | Temporary to Permanent (After 12 Successful Weeks) | £11.50 per hour
We are proud to be partnering with a fantastic client based in the Towcester area of Northampton. They are based in an exceptional business park equipped with a café, gym, beautiful field walkways and more.

Our client are looking for a Telemarketer to jointheir team - sales experience is not a necessity so if you're an individual that's not afraid of picking up the phone then this client is more than happy to offer training.


Key Responsibilities

  • To research and build knowledge of the client's business using various sources such as newspapers, internet etc. before making the call
  • Calling business's to identify key information and decision makers and to accurately record this on the system
  • To develop a full understanding of the client's product, services etc
  • To be able to close a call with an appointment booked in with the decision maker
  • To record next actions to take so your colleagues in the Sales Administration team can follow up appropriately
  • Initiative e.g. trying different approaches to generate new business opportunities
  • Interpersonal skills (picks up underlying feelings & adapts response accordingly)

Experience Required

  • Sales experience would be an advantage but not essential
