M365 Product Owner - Job Description


Nigel Frank International have partnered with a leading charity who help ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers.

They work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercialcontracts, professional membership and accreditation fees.

Their current organisation is missing someone who can personally own the M365 stack, where you will be looking after their SharePoint, Teams, Azure tech and more


Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the IT function delivers high quality IT provision and support to all staff by overseeing the IT Support Coordinator and 3rd party IT support provider
  • Manage and be responsible for the IT budgets within the organisation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience across Azure, M365 and Infrastructure management and support.
  • Demonstrable experience of working on M365 based projects.
  • Able to communicate effectively to external stakeholders in a consultative manner to gather requirements.
