Demand Creation Campaign/ Brand Platform - London, United Kingdom - Hewlett Packard
Description
A varied and dynamic global marketing role supporting the team in the development of global campaigns through demand creation to demand capture and ABM, including brand partnerships.
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, transformational person with strong experience in global and local marketing, agency management and strategic and creative campaign development (including production) who can help drive efforts in building HP's brand preference among our key audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of insightsled marketing strategies and campaign platforms ( including with our brand sponsorship partners e.g. Real Madrid, Wrexham AFC and Real Madrid) in close collaboration with marketing leadership and regional marketing counterparts
- Partner markets in the successful deployment of global campaign platform to meet business objectives and brand objectives
- Manage creative agency network to produce onbrand, world class, businessdriving work across the mix, every time.
- Work with alliance partners on campaign development and budget matters
- Manage campaign budgets within BPS overall budget, SOW, PO, Reconciliation
Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years in strategic and/or creative marketing roles across both consumer and commercial audiences
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in content marketing, direct marketing, accountbased marketing and social media marketing to endusers and business decision makers
- Strong creative instincts. You will be interested in great creative work and be able to identify strong creative from average creative
- Superior project management skills with the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously.
- High level of tact and diplomacy; ability to interact with different levels of the company and marry differing priorities
- Budget planning and process management
- Driven, energetic, transformational and engaging
- Ability to articulately present ideas, making persuasive arguments in presentations.
Impact/Scope:
- Typically supports the Master and Manager driving prominent projects within the business including with our brand sponsorship partners e.g. Real Madrid, Wrexham AFC and Real Madrid among others
- Interacts with markets, alliance partners, other business groups and regions concerning brand strategy and campaign development.
- Partners and influences peers within the region, function, or business group.
Complexity:
- High
- functional/cross-organizational, partner and/or customer interaction on execution of tactics; deals with multiple competing priorities and tasks and manages processes for the smooth running of brand platform project
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Master degree or equivalent preferred)
- Typically, 5+ years of work experience in related field
