Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Trainer to join our passionate and driven team based at our Office Based

Location:
Glasgow office.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Train all team members through induction and onthejob training to a high standard.
  • Create a formal induction package for all Helpdesk colleagues.
  • Process maps all processes creating a library for colleague reference.
  • Create a call quality monitoring package for all Helpdesk colleagues.
  • Provide training report analysis to the management team.
  • Support the Team Leaders/Managers to carry out probationary reviews with new colleagues, providing constructive feedback that allows them to learn and improve further.
  • Support & coach Team Leaders and Managers.
  • Create a strong customer service focus which is passed on to new colleagues.
  • Have a good understanding of Helpdesk targets/KPIs which new colleagues must be familiar with
  • Support the Helpdesk Managers and Team Leaders in identifying training requirements
  • Assist in the implantation of any procedural changes, ensuring all colleagues understand and are following changes
  • Meet and greet new colleagues ensuring a strong foundation before passing them over to the Helpdesk.
  • To represent the company in a professional and competent manner always and develop strong working relationships
  • Comply with any other reasonable request or instruction from the line manager

About You:


  • Training and assessment diploma desirable
  • Experience in a dedicated training role
  • Experience in conducting all aspects of training with a call centre/corporate environment
  • Experience in effectively leading a team is essential
  • Strong PC literacy, with experience using CAFM & telephony systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong results focus
  • Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking
  • Able to motivate self and others
  • Flexible approach to working hours
