Curtain Maker needed for immediate start in Southall

We are currently looking for an experienced curtain maker for a family-run business specialising in all aspects of soft furnishings.

This is a fabulous career opportunity for an individual who is experienced in handmade soft furnishings to join a brilliant team of like-minded professionals.

Job Specification:

Making bespoke handmade curtains, pelmets, blinds and soft furnishings
Work as a team to check measurements
Wrap up completed work after quality inspections

Requirements:

2 years minimum experience of traditional curtain making
Previous experience as a sewing machinist or fabic cutter within a bespoke manufacturing environment considered
A good working knowledge of sewing machine processes
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage your own workload
Desire to work longterm and develop within the company
