As a Senior Recruitment Consultant working with us you will be responsible for:

Managing your own desk - using your already honed sales and negotiation skills to undertake successful business development calls in order to win new business, building and establishing new professional relationships.


Skills and experience we are looking for from you:

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (any industry) carrying out business development calls in order to win new business
  • Proven billing history
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Drive and enthusiasm to be successful, plus a desire to learn a new industry

This is not an HR or Internal recruitment opportunity. This role is a sales based role working to sales targets.

This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
