Abacus is in need of a Book Keeper to join our busy team

Working closely with the Directors and the Team in Admin/Accounts who are in need of a full-time champion in this field Performing both Daily and weekly tasks efficiently and accurately.

Full training and support Are also offered as this can be part of on-the-job training.

would suit a person who is currently performing such activities or similar to like-minded people who would like the opportunity to grow within this business as this role is vital to the smooth running of Operations.

People Must Be

Well organized, able to work on their own, and part of a Great Team. manage and create systems and best practice techniques to adopt the growing Business needs.

Making Decisions in the absence of the Directors by communicating with your Team Leader effectively and make it happen.

Good at communicating and listening, receiving verbal and written communications from various Departments.

Literate in Pc Operations:

we operate a vast range of software from Payroll, accounts, Banking, operations, and warehouse/storage solutions where your integration is needed to perform some of your business activities.

Training Given with more and more systems going online.

Loyal and committed to the Business, as you will be working closely with the Directors you will be dealing with Sensitive Information and Data Protection must be respected at all times.
