B-Skill are proud to be working in partnership with Wendy's Place Café in the heart of Sunderland. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their family ran business.


This is a great opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in Hospitality with a drive and ambition to complete a Customer Service Level 2 or 3 (depending on previous experience) Apprenticeship.

Wendy's Place have been in business for five years, serving traditional homemade fresh food.

They have regular customers on a daily basis and pride themselves on their efficient service and value all of their customers.


Duties

  • Meet and greet new and existing customers with a big friendly smile
  • Taking orders and using an epos system in order to complete sales
  • Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
  • Make tea and coffees for customers
  • Clearing and cleaning tables
  • Food preparation
  • Full clean down after each shift
  • Ensure a great dining experience for each and every customer
  • Provide excellent customer service
Hours of work - 30 hours per week between Monday - Saturday with a day off in lieu.

Food can be provided whilst on shift such as a Sandwich or something similar, tea, coffee or soft drink.

Salary - in line with the national minimum wage for apprentices.
