The Role:

S&P Global is looking for a Campus Recruiter to be responsible for campus recruiting events and activities in EMEA across our Commodity Insights and Mobility divisions.

What's in it for you:

Your primary responsibility will be the successful administration of campus recruiting processes ( both graduate/full-time hires and interns) for the EMEA businesses of Commodity Insights and Mobility.

This role is responsible for helping drive the full recruiting life-cycle, with a sharp focus on diversity, and continuous improvements in the quality, time to fill, and cost of hiring.

You will also have the opportunity to shape and develop these processes and help manage broader programs. The role is designed to expand with you as your skillset grows.


The focus of these early career development programs is to hire talent from undergraduate institutions, and over time these programs will become the principal engine that produces the next generation of leaders at S&P Global.

This role is responsible for supporting global talent acquisition in the development and execution of a recruitment strategy to attract high quality students for full-time and summer intern positions across the enterprise.


Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and execute undergrad campus recruitment strategy for varies business within the S&P Global family


Support hiring managers to fulfil their hiring needs and headcounts and execute all facets of early career recruiting process from the sourcing strategy meeting through offer and onboarding.

This include program across all our Early Careers offerings (Graduates, Internships and Apprenticeships).

Build and sustain relationships with target sources (schools, professional associations, and diversity organizations)

Champion campus programs, influence managers to change current practices and educate business leaders while maintaining strong relationships

Provide interview guidelines, recommendations and advice to Hiring Managers, including facilitating interview training when needed.

Help define and execute campus talent assessment, recruiting effectiveness processes, and implementation of best practices

Educate business leaders and HR to change current practices where necessary and promote recruitment best practices.

Stay informed on, and adhere to, the global SPGI policies, Immigration, Relocation, Agency, Referrals and Offer Letters.

Manage diversity initiatives and provide knowledge of new and diverse sourcing tools and programs.

Offer key training and support to the business colleagues that represent S&P during campus visits and other events.


Facilitate and attend campus events: 30-50% travel required during recruiting season ( where travel applicable ).

Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with other adhoc projects when required


What We're Looking For:

Ability to commit to hybrid work arrangement - a minimum of 2 days a week required in London office.

Minimum of 3 years of campus recruiting experience preferred

1+ years of experience managing a similar program (entire life cycle)

Demonstrated ability to communicate processes and activities to senior managers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

Versed in campus recruiting best practices - able to manage and run in-person and virtual Superdays

Ability to effectively collaborate across organization boundaries.

Experience in utilizing ATS (Workday)

Strong written and oral communication skills comfortable presenting to small/large groups

Experience leading programs in multi-geography, matrix environments; able to help support overseas colleagues and clients

Strong business acumen and commercial savvy

Strong ability to lead and motivate with an open communication style with experience in behavioural / competency-based interviewing (both face to-face and via the telephone)

Outstanding service minded focus with a professional presence, positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills

Demonstrated strong ethical values and commitment to the highest personal and professional standards of conduct
