Description

Execute administrative / operation tasks in logistics team which can't be automated by

TikTok product solely and reply on external parties's capability and resource, all tasks should

be well documented in SOP

Responsibilities:


  • Perform operation process to close the lost / long pending orders (daily based), with central focus on FBT
  • Perform data maintenance in system (status adjustment)
  • Perform ad hoc data consolidation
  • Adhoc task assignment based on manager's instruction

Qualifications:


  • Basic experience in the logistics industry
  • Solid ecommerce logistics experience is a plus
  • Excel VBA literacy is a plus
  • Good in excel software
  • Professional verbal & written communication in English
