Salford Royal is looking for highly-motivated Health Care Assistants to join our friendly, supportive and innovative team striving to deliver the highest standards of care every day.

You will join our friendly and supportive Medical nursing team who are committed to providing and maintaining high standards of patient care on a busy Aging Complex Medical Ward

Ward L7 specialises in acute medicine.

The Unit has 24 beds compromising of 3 teams overseen by a dedicated duty coordinator/Sister and a supervisory Ward Manager.

You will be supporting looking after patients with acute medical conditions and with a speciality of diabetes and endocrine.

The job is both exciting and challenging, where team work is essential and initiative is paramount. Excellent communication, confidence and compassion are essential.

You will have experience of working in an acute hospital environment as well as a NVQ 3 in healthcare or equivalent.
