We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic individual to join our service as a Team Secretary for the Mid Locality Learning Disability, Intensive Support & Specialist Service Teams.


Do you have effective organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, are able to prioritise work, handle difficult situations and have a flexible approach to working as part of a team? If so, it's you we are looking for to integrate well with the existing team and offer the required flexibility in supporting the functions of the team.

This is a job share post working 30hrs per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 09.00 a.m p.m.

This position is based at Chy Govenek, Threemilestone Industrial Estate, Truro, TR4 9LD. There is free onsite parking available.

Main duties of the job:


To provide a high quality comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the Mid Locality Learning Disability, Intensive Support & Specialist Service Teams, ensuring that all requests, either typing or administrative are promptly met.

To ensure effective lines of communication between team members, patients, and others, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

To provide cover in the absence of other key admin and clerical staff, as required.
