Key Responsibilities
Become a Subject Matter Expert for the company from a Windows Server perspective

Provide expertise that ensure the effective management of the technical and business services

Create and maintain technical documentation to maintain a stable and consistent environment

Assist with the transition and ongoing support of the company's solutions to ensure business requirements and architectural strategies are met

Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents to ensure that operational needs are maintained within OLA's

Work in conjunction with other teams within the company to implement and support solutions within the company

Continually look for improvement opportunities, inspiring and developing junior members of the team

Willing to assist the out of hours support function on a rota basis

Strong attention to detail

Capable of working under pressure

Able to work within agreed timeframes

Desired experience with:

Windows Server

Microsoft Exchange Server

Active Directory

Group Policies - DNS, DHCP, DFS, ADFS

TCP/IP and other protocols

PowerShell
