Pentlands are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our expanding team.

You will work closely with vendors to ensure that production is on track and coordinate updates with internal stake holders.

The role is to ensure that the business and vendorsare aligned to the global production plan with clear, effective communication with stakeholders.


The remit includes purchase order management, production tracking, management of additional business costs and communicating business needs between vendors and internal stakeholders.

Supply chain coordinator is responsible for the reporting of KPIs and rootcausing delays and responsible for implanting prevent recurrence actions working with internal and external stakeholders.


Pentland is growing and changing to adapt to evolving global business environment and this role will play a key part in on boarding Speedo North America business to the Pentland family.


The role you'd play as Supply Chain Coordinator

  • Drive process reviews and improvements within supply chain function.
  • Build vendor relationships to benefit Pentlands strategic direction.
  • Be a key enabler of collaboration and process implementation within the business.
  • Manage global production plans with vendors by reviewing collaboration in Nexus.

  • Coordinate and communicate customer specific VAS requirements to the vendors after each buy.
  • Manage vendor queries regarding customer/regional VAS requirements.

What you'd bring

  • Have a positive and confident approach to getting things done within a very demanding environment
  • System Savvy with strong skills for adapting and optimising the use of systems
  • Advanced excel skills

  • A strong understanding and empathy with the end user
  • Experience with InforNexus and SAP is beneficial
