Reed Financial Services are proud to representing a leading IFA firm within their Client services function and seek a Flexible Benefits Platform Implementation Executive to join there Bristol flagship office.

Duties include:

  • Engage with the flexible benefits system provider to understand all capability of the system and ensure we can utilise the system fully.
  • Develop a project implementation process for new clients
  • Develop processes for annual benefits windows
  • Engage to stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the product in a variety of workplaces
  • Engage with sales & marketing teams to support the marketing/development of the platform
  • Lead of developing others within the corporate team to be able to work with the system too ensuring they do not become a single point of failure
  • Produce relevant data and MI as requested for both internal and external stakeholders

Experience and skills required:

  • Employee benefits products
  • In depth systems usage
  • Systems development experience desirable
  • Previous development of a workplace system e.g., a flexible benefits platform
  • Highly organised and service focused
  • Project management skills
  • Problem solving
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Coaching nonexperts to work with the system
  • High level of attention to detail
