This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Experience Manager/Account Manager to work in a vibrant fast paced, fun environment that breaks the mould of usual IT providers.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be an ambitious,enthusiastic individual that strives to deliver an exceptional client experience and builds meaningful relationships with our amazing clients.

What you'll need:

23 year experience in a similar clientfacing role; any MSP or Technology experience will be beneficial.
A selfmotivated professional, ambitious, approachable, and flexible with a cando attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple clients, excellent Time management skills.
Tenacity and a strong desire to make a difference, always with the client experience in mind.
Experience in positioning products and services.
