Vendor Recruitment Executive

With international campaigns being a key focus at ICS, you will facilitate the recruitment of talented language professionals across content creation, translation and other digital specialisms.

The role:

Permanent, full time
Salary: £23,400 £27,000
Hybrid working (minimum of 1 day per week in the office)
Sourcing and recruiting talent across our key service lines, driving our quest for excellence
Using a range of sourcing channels to identify and attract freelance talent
Maintaining an understanding of our key service lines across digital marketing and language services
Negotiating with confidence to hire at competitive rates and in line with industry standards
Efficiently managing time to ensure timely deliver of all resource requests

Essential Requirements:

Proven recruitment experience
Adept at utilising a range of sourcing channels to identify talent
A clear communicator, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
Impeccable attention to detail
Great presentation skills and interpersonal abilities
Resultsoriented, with the ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
Strong decisionmaking abilities
Proven timemanagement skills

Desirable Experience:

Experience sourcing and recruiting freelance talent
Industryawareness of SEO and/or translation services
