Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of financial adviser in the Brighton area for a IFA Administrator to join their growing team.


The main focus of the role will be to providing support to advisers & paraplanners, input and maintain data to the back office system, to help manage pipeline & portfolios of existing businesses.

This role requires
2 years minimum IFA
administration experience.

Responsibilities.

  • Establishing strong client relationships
  • Manage the diary system
  • Prepare letters and documents
  • Prepare files for compliance checking
  • Filing, photocopy and scanning duties completed when required
  • Prepare client reports
  • Understand clients needs and make appropriate recommendations
  • Follow the internal processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance adherence with the FCA regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Ensure the client meets the expectations of the FCA with regards to treating customers fairly.

Experience/Requirements.

  • 2 years experience in the finance industry
  • Experienced in Microsoft office and have good computing skills.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and be prioritise workload accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
