Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of financial adviser in the Brighton area for a IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
The main focus of the role will be to providing support to advisers & paraplanners, input and maintain data to the back office system, to help manage pipeline & portfolios of existing businesses.
2 years minimum IFA
administration experience.
Responsibilities.
- Establishing strong client relationships
- Manage the diary system
- Prepare letters and documents
- Prepare files for compliance checking
- Filing, photocopy and scanning duties completed when required
- Prepare client reports
- Understand clients needs and make appropriate recommendations
- Follow the internal processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance adherence with the FCA regulatory and legislative requirements
- Ensure the client meets the expectations of the FCA with regards to treating customers fairly.
Experience/Requirements.
- 2 years experience in the finance industry
- Experienced in Microsoft office and have good computing skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and be prioritise workload accordingly.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
