A fantastic opportunity to join my banking client at their offices in Bromley, providing support to the Senior Leadership Team.
Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Duties will include:
- Diary management & PA work to support Chief Technology Office (CTO) Executives
- Booking travel and expense management for CTO Executives
- Logistics around town halls and other management routines
- Documentation around Processes and Procedures
- Support for out of region Visitors
- Event booking & coordination both internally & externally
- ACR point of contact (building access requests) granting access to CTO staff as required
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience of providing support at Senior Level
- Requires strong administrative support skills (diary management, meeting planning, travel)
- High proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Sharepoint
- Highly organized, detail oriented and demonstrates a high degree of accuracy
- Must demonstrate a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities
- Proven team player
- Proactive style and ability to work without supervision
- Flexibility of approach including willingness to work longer hours as required
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven time management skills
- Must be able to represent the Bank through phone, written and direct contact with senior management and partners
- Previous event coordination (e.g. associate meetings, recognition events, etc.)
- MS Excel/Powerpoint skills
