Executive Assistant - Hybrid:

Executive Search - West End:

£40k plus monthly bonus opportunities and great benefits:

We're looking for a positive, team-player who is seeking that next step in becoming an EA This is a great role working for a small Executive Search firm in the West End with offices globally.

They are a fun and social team operating in a fast-paced and busy environment.

EA duties will consist of diary management, lots of meeting coordination, creating presentations, formatting documents and booking occasional travel.

The second element of the role will be supporting search projects - coordinating interviews, liaising with senior executives who are interviewing, and with clients, updating the CRM system and ensuring there is strong communication between everyone involved - you will be eligible for a monthly bonus based on how many searches you have assisted on are shortlisted or completed by Partners

This role will be best suited to someone bright and friendly, a muck in attitude, amazing attention to detail and good at multi-tasking and ideally someone with previous client facing or project focused experience.

A good sense of humour also helps

THE DETAILS:

Hours are 8.306pm with the team currently working 2 days from home
