Our client, a leading tech company is seeking a
Help Desk Support Analystto join their operation based in Exeter.
Help Desk Support Analyst responsibilities include: -
- Provide 2nd line support across multiple sites and users across UK & Europe
- Resolve all service and user requests end to end
- Ensure all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction and expectation
- Maintain and build customer relationships
Help Desk Support Analyst requirements include: -
- Good communication skills
- IT Literate
- Happy to work on a shift rota pattern
