Our client, a leading tech company is seeking a
Help Desk Support Analystto join their operation based in Exeter.


Help Desk Support Analyst responsibilities include: -

  • Provide 2nd line support across multiple sites and users across UK & Europe
  • Resolve all service and user requests end to end
  • Ensure all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction and expectation
  • Maintain and build customer relationships

Help Desk Support Analyst requirements include: -

  • Good communication skills
  • IT Literate
  • Happy to work on a shift rota pattern
