Description
Kingston Recruitment are currently recruiting a new member for their accounts department.

The role involves the administration and accurate processing of a weekly payroll for temporary staff working at clients in and around the Hull Area.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Timely collation, checking and inputting of timesheets
  • Calculating and processing holiday pay
  • Reconciling reports against payroll and information
  • Working withing the legal guidelines connected with payroll; Tax/NI/SSP/Student Loans/Statutory Leave and payments/Attachment of earnings
  • Producing and sending out weekly payslips and invoices
  • Producing relevant reports in connection with weekly payroll
  • Answering accounting queries from temporary staff and clients promptly.

Hours/working days:
Monday & Tuesdays (Approx 11 hours)
