Mobile Security Officer

Salary:
Between £9.50 to £10.17 per hour depending on site

Start Date:
Immediate

Hours per week:
Permanent, 36 hours per week, flexibility required for shifts

Location:
Bridgend, CF34 9RS

Job Purpose

  • To provide general Security Officer duties which may involve a variety of responsibilities in line with policy and procedures set out by the Key Account Manager.

Accountabilities

  • Meet and exceed KPI targets set by Site Manager in liaison with the client.
  • Conduct Personnel and Vehicle searches.
  • Adhere to policy and procedures, without failure.
  • Report and react to any security or site non compliances.
  • To be customer & service provision focussed
  • Conduct daily patrols.
  • To work as part of a team.
  • Flexible.
  • Rotated on call times.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and polite manner at all times.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team.
  • Security experience.
  • Ability to remain calm in demanding situations.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Minimum 5year checkable work history.
  • A valid SIA Licence.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Willing to assist with cover shifts.
