3 Shires is a friendly, successful, family run glazing business established in 2001, who have a tremendous reputation for the quality of the work they do, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Core business includes the installation of windows, doors, conservatories, roof line drainage, thermal roofs, and small building projects.


Position:
Project Manager


Location:
Hybrid working but offices are in Olney, Buckinghamshire (will involve travel to client sites)


Job Type:
Full Time, Permanent


Hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm, Mon-Fri


Salary:
circa £35,000


Benefits: 28 days holiday per annum


Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and to budget. You will be required to manage all aspects of the project from surveying, planning and scheduling through to completion.

You will be required to liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders, and manage the daily operations of your projects.


About you:


  • Previous experience in the glazing industry.
  • Previous experience as a project manager or a willingness to stepup into a project management role.
  • Customer friendly approach.
  • Previous fitting and remedial experience in a similar role within the glazing industry.
  • Team player with numerate, accurate and diligent attributes
  • MTC card or similar (not essential as can be applied)
  • Full driving license
You may have experience of the following: Windows Project Manager, Glazing Project Manager, Experienced Window Fitter, Windows & Doors Installer, Windows Installer, Door Installer, Window Fitter, Door Fitter, Conservatory Fitter, Installation Engineer, Locksmith, etc
