Are you passionate about sales and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic industry? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Trainees.

This role offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience in sales techniques and strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Learn and understand the company's products and services
  • Shadow experienced sales professionals to gain practical insights into sales activities and client interactions
  • Learn to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
  • Assist senior sales team members in prospecting and generating leads
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to develop sales skills
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

From £25,505.42 per year
