We are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our client who are a leading safety services business based in Loughborough.

As Team Leader, you will manage a team of 5 people that look after the National Account clients for the business and you will be the primary point of contact for those clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team with fantastic training & development programs and many opportunities for growth and progression.


Salary/Benefits:
- £25,000 - £28,000 depending on relevant experience

  • Flexible working hours (Core hours must be met)

The Role:

  • Leading and managing the team to achieve collective success.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for several national account customers.
  • Attending client performance review meetings.
  • Managing customer webbased portals.
  • Ensure client service level agreements are met
  • Uploading documentation to client portals
