Marketing and Membership Executive


This is a UK-based role, working remotely 37.5 hours per week with some travel required to team meetings (Swindon, Reading, London) and events.

(Swindon area - Hybrid role but there will be some travel along the M4 corridor)

Our client is a growing, international, not-for-profit, professional membership organisation for IT Asset Management (ITAM) professionals.


The aim of the business is to elevate the position of the client by sharing knowledge and best practices and by bringing to market the world's first ITAM certification scheme.

They are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Marketing and Membership Executive to join their team to support the clients overall strategic objectives.

Overall, this person will help to increase brand awareness for the forum and member engagement.

The role:
What you'll be doing


Social Media

  • Help to develop and manage the social media calendar and plan
  • Create engaging and impactful assets and publish content across channels

Website Support

  • Update the forum's public website, keeping it up to date, engaging and compelling
  • Perform SEO to increase the quality and quantity of website traffic
  • Identify improvement opportunities
  • Craft user journeys
  • Help to develop needed content, landing pages, etc.
  • Content Creation
  • Help to produce a wide range of content (blogs, infographics, eBooks, videos, etc.) and optimise for conversion

Events

  • Help to manage a calendar of digital and inperson events for members and the wider client community
  • 12 years of marketing experience
  • An eye for creative, engaging and impactful copy and visuals
  • Detailorientated, highly organised and able to effectively manage multiple activities
  • An excellent communicator, both oral and written, and listener
  • A relationshipbuilder with great interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR

Salary and Benefits:

- £25,000 per annum
