LARA Search are searching for a highly motivated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students

You will be a vital member of our team, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures our students' academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

Work with teachers to identify students who need additional support and develop individualized support plans.
Provide oneonone and smallgroup support to students with learning differences.
Collaborate with teachers to create and implement differentiated lesson plans.
Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
Assist with classroom management and organization.
Build positive relationships with students and families.

Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Previous experience supporting children with additional needs, including ASD, Complex Needs, and Challenging Behaviour.
Available immediately to work as a SEND Teaching Assistant.
