Project Coordinator


Join a business that prides itself on combining the experience and ability to manage large projects nationwide with the customer service and values of a family-run business.

They specialise in vehicle livery and internal and external signage and offer end-to-end service.


You will join a growing team and be involved in all aspects of the project coordination and operations process, from initial enquiry to delivery and everything in between.


You will be working alongside the Senior Account Manager and Operations Manager and dealing with the daily tasks of both departments.


Day-to-day responsibilities:


  • Manage incoming queries.
  • Produce client quotes using Clarity quotation software.
  • Update clients on the progress of ongoing projects.
  • Deal with the installations teams and update schedules when needed.
  • Liaise with Operations Manager to supply the client with Install Dates / RAMS.
  • Update artwork approval status on Clarity.
  • Process artwork amends and add to Clarity production note.
  • Diary management.

Skills required:


  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • Highly organised and can work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to multitask.
  • Ideally will come from a similar signage or graphics sector.
