The Recipe
Are you passionate about delivering fantastic customer service? Are you looking for that next step where you can inspire and lead a great team in the supply chain function? Then this could be the role for you


Based on site in Bolton, you'll be the go to for 11 Customer Service Team Co-Ordinators, however, this is more than a Team Leader role and will give you the opportunity to develop the position further and bring your ideas and skills to help Warburtons to delight families every day with our great range of quality products.


Key Accountabilities and Measures

  • Resolving queries that have been escalated
  • Creating team rotas to make sure there is capacity to meet customer service demand
  • Keeping the team up to date with training on systems and processes across a variety of skills
  • Supporting the customer service team with any difficult queries
  • Liaising and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement and bringing your ideas to the team
  • Report building within the distribution function and presenting it to the team and key stakeholders, to enable us to always be better

Essential Ingredients

  • Be a great people leader and motivator, sharing best practice and listening to the teams ideas
  • Have the ability to engage with key stakeholders, in an honest and credible way
  • Understands responsibilities to work safely and identify H&S risks and report them
  • Systems knowledge (including SAP) and Microsoft systems
  • A willingness to learn and develop the role further
