Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a technology research company with the recruitment of an Office Manager to join their team in the North Oxford Office.

They are a company that design and provide cyber security, and work alongside industriesincluding banking, government and identity systems.

In brief, the Office Managers responsibilities will include:

  • General office maintenance
  • maintaining equipment, liaising with landlords regarding maintenance team and general office issues
  • Health and Safety procedures and weekly/monthly checks
  • Managing all office utilities and ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Assisting with meeting preparation
  • Assisting with planning and running of corporate events
  • Organising travel and accommodation for internal and external visitors


This role is very varied and so it is vital that the Office Manager remains reactive to business needs, alongside meeting the expected deadlines.

They will need to have prior general knowledge of office maintenance, alongside experience in administrativetasks.
