£17.54 per hour PAYE - £22.71 per hour UMBRELLA

  • Working on a rota covering nights/ days/ weekends/ Bank Holidays
  • Office Based within East Ham/ Stratford/ Beckton etc.
  • Full Office Based
  • You must be flexible able to work on a rota covering 24/7 shifts.

Duties:


To provide a high quality 24 hour 365 day a year alarm monitoring and response service within the local council and the surrounding Boroughs.

To provide assistance and reassurance to clients using telecommunications and computerised monitoring equipment.

To work in close collaboration with partnering agencies to enable older, disabled and vulnerable residents to live independently.

To ensure that the highest standards are maintained when representing the Council and respect the diverse nature of our clients and external partners
