We are looking to appoint a driven and passionate individual to lead one of our secondary academies, Oasis Academy Arena.

This is a great opportunity for an exceptional leader and accomplished practitioner to lead and continue to drive forward one of our academies in the South London Region.

We are looking for someone who can grow and develop staff, create a great sense of community and lead with high levels of emotional intelligence and personal resilience placing the children at the centre of all the decision making.

About the Role

As Principal, you will be leading Oasis Academy Arena and will be responsible for strategic leadership, management and outcomes and ensuring long-term success through leadership growth and maximising potential.

The academy strives for all pupils to achieve their full potential, fully prepared for an ever-changing society.

This is an exciting time to be joining Oasis Academy Arena as the next leader will be pivotal in building on the great work that has already taken place to put the academy in a strong position to secure a 'Good' judgement in the next Ofsted inspection and to continue to improve outcomes and life chances for all students.


We are seeking an individual with a strong track record of senior leadership, clarity of purpose and high expectations for all.

As a high-profile individual within the academy, you will champion the Oasis ethos, support, and develop your leaders, and empower their staff teams.

As Principal you will work with passion, pace, clarity, and determination to move the academy forward.

We do not expect you to do this alone. You will enjoy the support and challenge of the Regional Director and the wider OCL education team.
