The working pattern on offer is:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 to 17:30

The day-to-day of the role:


  • Provide high quality customer service to external customers and internal colleagues.
  • Conduct outgoing calls to existing customers, ensuring satisfaction with the service they have been provided.
  • Effectively manage inbound customer service and sales enquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner, keeping the Senior Advisor aware of progression.
  • Use internal systems to track and record data.

Key Skills Required:


  • Proven track record of highquality customer service (2 years minimum)
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Good level of IT and administration skills.
  • Accurate and good attention to detail.
  • Work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
