Description
The working pattern on offer is:
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 to 17:30
The day-to-day of the role:
- Provide high quality customer service to external customers and internal colleagues.
- Conduct outgoing calls to existing customers, ensuring satisfaction with the service they have been provided.
- Effectively manage inbound customer service and sales enquiries.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner, keeping the Senior Advisor aware of progression.
- Use internal systems to track and record data.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven track record of highquality customer service (2 years minimum)
- Excellent organisation, communication, and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good level of IT and administration skills.
- Accurate and good attention to detail.
- Work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure.
- Able to work as part of a team.
