We are working with our Uxbridge based Tech client to find an interim Senior Business Partner for a 6-12 month assignment starting asap.


Partnering the senior management team, the role is responsible for the reporting, forecasting and KPI management for one of the larger, more complex functional areas of the business.

Having ownership of the global P&L, key elements of the role include:

  • Producing monthly P&L reports and analysis.
  • Sales and margin performance analysis.
  • Assisting strategic reviews through modelling and analysis
  • Oversee month end.
  • Budget and forecast overview and tracking.
  • Driving processes to ensure best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic direction.


Additionally, the role will be heavily involved in new and ongoing projects and so experience of IT cost management in a complex business would be highly advantageous.
