Are you skilled at effectively analysing and evaluating supply chain processes to identify areas of improvement and implement governance strategies that optimize efficiency and minimize risks? Are you experienced in establishing strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance standards and foster a collaborative and transparent supply chain ecosystem? Are you adept at staying up to date with industry regulations and best practices, enabling you to proactively adapt and enhance supply chain governance frameworks in response to changing requirements?

Pay, benefits and culture


We can offer a competitive salary from £40,069 - £60,826 and you'll be appointed based on the parameters outlined in the Nuclear Generation Company Agreement as well as your existing salary, competence, experience and qualifications.

What you'll be doing


In this model, the team is responsible for setting the standards to which all Supply Chain activity is completed, Overseeing, measuring, and improving that performance, supporting on any diverse governance related issue to ensure implementation of expedient and sustainable solutions to support the supply chain function in its activities.

The team aspires to provide clear, frictionless processes, templates and tools to underpin an efficient and effective nuclear supply chain operation.


Additional responsibilities in this role also include:

  • Responsibility for end-to-end source to pay process and the provision of effective supply chain systems, management information and master data to ensure optimal performance of supply chain systems and processes (focus on Nuclear Operations whilst recognising the growing impact, needs and synergies across the business and any/all other EDF Business Units and Subsidiaries)
  • Coordination, leadership of internal and external teams to maintain existing supply chain systems and to implement identified improvements
  • Manage and oversee system enhancement / access requests to ensure the continued effective operation of supply chain processes and process controls.

Who you are
We're looking for you to hold a HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

It would also be desirable to hold or working towards a professional body such as a Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) Membership however, this is not essential.
