As a General Operative responsibilities may include:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and landscaping.
- Assisting with the repair and upkeep of infrastructure, buildings, and facilities.
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conducting inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any issues.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time and to standard.
- Providing support during emergency situations or special projects as needed.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and materials, and replenishing as necessary.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.

£20.00 per hour
