Our client a top 15 accountancy firm specialising within the owner managed business area across the UK is looking to appoint a Payroll Supervisor in their Wirral Office.
A well-established firm since the 1930's with an entrepreneurial and dynamic feel they are continuing to grow nationally as well as regionally.
They are looking for highly skilled multi-tasking individual to join to the team to assist in achieving their strategic goal of being the number one advisor to owner managed businessesMain Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Processing multiple weekly/monthly payrolls based on client requirements
- Maintaining payroll records
- Ensuring processes and procedures follow regulations
- Responding and resolving payroll enquiries
- The calculation of wages and deductions
- Liaising with HMRC
- Ensuring all clients needs are met
- Calculating tax and NI commitments
- Processing and submitting pensions
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Good MS Office skills
- The ability to multitask
