We are recruiting for an experienced Qualified Solicitor to join the employment department of an established Law firm in Rochester.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join a leading Law firm in Kent.

What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?

Dealing with a varied caseload of employment law matters.
Assisting clients with drafting employment contracts, TUPE matters, settlement agreements, redundancies, and employment tribunal claims.
Dealing with employment law matters for individual clients and small to medium size enterprises.
