As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Administrator to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Electrical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our electrical Contracts and operations teams. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks related to project documentation, scheduling, and communication. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing support to Contract managers & QS teams completing administrative tasks to process and issue electrical certification and associated documents to our clients.

Coordinate scheduling of electrical projects, including resource allocation and timeline management.
Communicate with clients, Engineers, and internal teams to ensure Contract requirements are met.
Assist in the mobilisation of projects

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Knowledge of electrical terminology and basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
