We are delighted to support a fantastic organisation that are growingly rapidly, as they look to secure a new Head of Sales-Through-Service (B2C) for their Kent based operation.


The business has approximately 250 staff across all departments, with a B2C inbound sales operation totalling 17FTE which this person will take full responsibility for.

The department takes on average 350 inbound calls per day, and this department generates approximately £1m in sales every month from this inbound activity.

This department, whilst delivering sales to their customers operates with a focus on delivery of excellent customer service.

Whilst delivering outstanding service, they sell warranty and repair products to existing customers who have previously purchased their products from either another department within the business or via a reseller.

The team are very sales hungry and target driven, and the operation is high paced.

This person will not only drive performance but will also closely work with the team, via their Team Manager, to ensure they are coached, developed and mentored to continuously deliver against business targets.
