We are recruiting for a client based in Fenton, they specialize within hot leads. Our client has over 20 years experience within the industry so you will be learning from the best- We are looking for previous sales experience whether this be retentions, sales advisor, outbound calling, New business, facetoface sales, B2B, B2C etc._
Salary:
£22,000 Increasing by £500 every 6 months until you reach £24,000
Attendance Bonus:
£100 per month
Sales Bonus:
Average is £500 per month - Top Earners £2000 per month
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
- Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 6pm
- Friday 9.30am to 3.30pm
- If daily target of 5 leads is reached, you can leave at 4pm
Role:
- Calling leads and qualifying them
- Building rapport with the customers
- Selling the benefits of the service
- Once the customer is interested transferring them through to the correct team
- Working towards targets
