Teachers UK are working closely with a Secondary School in Newark and we are currently recruiting for an experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work within this school on a full-time, long term basis in their Alternative Provision.


As a Teaching Assistant at this school, you will work closely alongside the teachers to provide both individual and small group support to enhance and promote the students learning.


The successful applicant will -

  • Be committed to ensuring that students are supported to reach their full potential
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant
  • You will maintain high levels of professionalism
  • Be able to provide 1:2:1 learning support
  • Be a general classroom assistant
  • Be able to hold small group interventions
Typical School hours are 8.30am-3.30pm with a break for lunch. Any variance to this will be confirmed by your consultant prior to your assignment.
