A fantastic opportunity has arisen to support a Lady with MS, living in Carlisle, as a Personal Assistant to support her with her independence on
Sunday's.


Tasks will include:
(but are not limited to):

  • Support with the client with personal support/care needs
  • Support during Days Out
  • Support Meal preparation
  • Household duties including cleaning
  • Support with shopping
  • Accompanying the client to appointments where required.


An understanding of or experience of working with someone with MS is desirable but not essential as full in-house training will be provided.

Additional training required will be arranged by the Employer.


This post is for
8 hours per week to be worked 08:00-16:00 on Sunday's, as well as providing holiday cover as and when required.


Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
From £10.42 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 8 per week


Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Overtime
  • Weekends only

COVID-19 considerations:
PPE to be worn where requested by Employer and regular LFT Testing may be required.


Experience:


  • Care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
