Description

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Outbound Tele-researcher with excellent telephone skills to work within a local office in South Shields.

Your role will be making outbound survey calls, contacting Students and Education establishments to gain information in the form of surveys.

There are no sales in this role.

The start date is immediate

The Role

  • Making outbound calls to gain information from students regarding education establishments and after education progress
  • Enthusiastically engaging the caller
  • Going through telephone surveys
  • Updating internal databases with relevant information
  • Hours of work a.m p.m. Monday to Thursday with a possibility of 9.00 a.am p.m. on Fridays
The Person

  • Must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to engage the person on the other end of the line
  • Must have previous Customer services experience
  • Ideally have previous outbound calling experience
  • Must be motivated to work both alone and as part of a team
  • Be able to work to targets

Salary:
Up to £10.50 per hour
