The Sheffield College Estates department is an ideal fit if you're looking for a role with a company that genuinely appreciates its cleaning staff
We're looking for cleaning operatives to come on board and join the friendly cleaning teams across each of our 5 sites on a
15-20 Hours per-week basis
(5:00am-9:00 am, Mon - Fri)

(Most suitable hours & site for you to travel to can be discussed at interview)


As well as amazing opportunities for further development and progression, working within an FE college, you'll have time off to put your feet up over the winter holidays.

You'll also be in good hands while you are at work as the team's manager has recently won the yearly college-wide award for Supporting their staff


Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Vacuuming
  • Sweeping
  • Mopping
  • Refuse removal
  • Using cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Championing our commitment to putting students first
  • Promoting our values of fairness, respect & equality

After your first year with us, success would look like:

  • Maintained great levels of service in your designated areas
  • Enthusiastically engaged with the college's dedicated training & development programmes
  • Built Strong working relationships and supported colleagues where possible

  • Hold some cleaning experience
  • Have a track record of reliability
