Mitch Building Services, a construction and renovation company based in Aberdeen, UK, is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Taper and Painter to join our team.

As a Taper and Painter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and finishing of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform taping and painting activities for both new construction projects and renovations.
Follow project specifications, blueprints, and instructions to meet quality standards and project deadlines.
Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, ensuring their proper maintenance and functionality.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations and practices.
Collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and supervisors to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Taper and Painter in the construction industry.
Solid knowledge of taping and painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Proficient in using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment.
Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for perfection.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks associated with the role.
Health and safetyconscious, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
