So what's the job all about?
Traffic Controllers work in a busy transport environment and all-weather conditions. They hold
FLT licence or have full driving license and are prepared to train for a FLT license. The Traffic Controllers ensure the safety of staff members and the public around the factory loading areas and roadway. They carry our Forklift duties, loading and unloading of deliveries.

They maintain good housekeeping of all yards on Cobden Street, they assist all drivers and deliveries and ensure they are directed to the correct areas for loading/unloading.

Traffic Controllers must be prepared to work outside in all weather conditions.

They are good communicators and have flexible approach to shift cover. Traffic controller make sure all H&S procedures are followed and all near misses are raised, all the staff is trained on relevant SOP's
